Volunteers Needed for Short Term and Long Term Projects
IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT:
St. Jude’s Language School is a small makeshift language school in the heartland of the Hindi speaking region which is very rustic and rural. The leadership (Volunteers) at the school is very keen to infuse modern approaches and is welcome to exposing the region to the modern world through education and skills so that students in return can give back to the community what they were able to pick up through their education at the language school.
Note: The area is not remote or primitive but has access to class medical facilities, highways and state highways, email, internet, phones and other modern essentials.
The opportunities available are –
1) English Teachers – Teachers who are native speakers of English and can teach English to the speakers of other language (note you do not have to be a qualified English Teacher)
2) Sports Teachers – (Football, Basketball and other sports)
3) General Volunteers – to help in the day to day administration and assist subject and co-curricular teachers and professionals with their activities.
